We can support computers on-site at YOUR home or business during our normal business hours. There is a trip fee for all on-site appointments to cover the computer technicians travel expenses. This is paid directly to the technician to cover their automobile expenses.
Our technicians are experienced, caring people who’s primary desire is to make technology work for you. Each one has passed an extensive background check and are selected for their integrity before their technical abilities.
NO OTHER TRAVEL FEES OR HIDDEN FEES ARE EVER APPLIED!
ONLINE REMOTE HELP
We fix, clean and support computers over the internet! Remote computer support is performed on all PC and Apple computers through your high speed internet. This option allows us to be more responsive and flexible in scheduling computer repairs. We can fix computers ANYWHERE you are connected to the internet! This option also allows us to support our “seasonal residents” all year around! For software or training issues, we can access your system remotely (with your permission, of course) or schedule time of an in-office appointment.
THE ONLY REQUIREMENT IS YOUR ABILITY TO GET ONTO HIGH SPEED INTERNET.
